Civil Trials

Our office has tried civil and criminal cases before state and federa juries in the past 45 years as well as traffic matters for over forty five years. We now concentrate on civil cases only. While settlement is sometimes the best and most cost effective alternative to trying a case, other parties to a case or factors involved, over which the lawyer and client have no control, don’t always allow that to happen. That is why we approach each case and develop a strategy for it as if it was going to be tried. Our principal, Keith Barker has experience in cases involving personal injury, tractor trailer and catastrophic accidents, business and estate controversies insurance coverage disputes, and estate controversies. Beyond the courtroom, we have successfully represented clients on appeal as well.
